Yes. An itemized acknowledgement is emailed immediately, and monthly donors receive a consolidated annual statement each January for the prior tax year.
Any time, with no explanation required. Monthly donors can adjust the amount, pause for up to three months or cancel from the donor portal, or by calling (636) 389-7052 during business hours.
Recurring revenue is the only kind our program directors can commit against a 12-month case plan. It also costs far less to administer, which is why a $50 monthly gift does more work than a $600 gift made once a year.
Payments are handled by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor, so card numbers never touch our servers. We never sell, rent or trade donor data.
