RobinHood Help Us is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization

Three hours a month changes a family’s year.

14,600 people gave time to RobinHood last year — sorting produce, defending tenants, running mock interviews and sitting with a seventh grader until the math clicked.

Volunteer

Where we need hands right now

Most shifts are three hours, training is provided on site, and you can bring a friend. Volunteers must be 16 or older; 14 and 15 year olds are welcome with a guardian.

Partnership

For companies, foundations and civic groups

Partnership at RobinHood is not a logo on a banner. It is a hiring pipeline, a funded cohort, or a fleet of trucks on a Saturday.

Hire our graduates

62 employers have committed to interviewing every Career Launch graduate in their sector. You get pre-screened, credentialed candidates and two years of retention support from our coaches.

Fund a cohort

$180,000 underwrites a 40-person training cohort end to end: instruction, credentials, childcare stipends, transit and job placement. You receive quarterly outcome reporting.

Give goods & logistics

Refrigerated transport, warehouse space, laptops, tools and interview clothing. In-kind gifts covered 11% of our program delivery cost last year.

Match your team’s giving

We are registered with the major workplace giving platforms and can supply matching-gift documentation, EIN records and impact reporting for your employees.

Time and money do different jobs. If this month is short on hours, a gift of any size puts groceries on a table by Friday.
