Several states require charities to include specific language when they solicit donations. Those notices are collected here.
General statement
RobinHood Help Us, Inc. is a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Colorado and recognized as a tax-exempt public charity. We register annually to solicit charitable contributions in every state where our activity requires it, and we file the reports each of those states asks for. Copies of our registration, audited financial statements and annual report are available free of charge by writing to 1750 Sherman Street, Suite 900, Denver, CO 80203, or by calling (636) 389-7052.
Registration in any state does not imply endorsement, approval or recommendation by that state.

Colorado
Colorado residents may obtain copies of registration and financial documents from the Office of the Secretary of State. Registration number: CO-2009-004471.
Florida

Maryland
A copy of our current financial statement is available on request by writing to the address above. Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Secretary of State for the cost of copying and postage.

Requesting documents
You do not need to be a resident of any particular state to ask. We send our audited financial statements, Form 990 and annual impact report to anyone who requests them, free of charge, usually within two business days.
